I bought the 1ft Flex LED array kit for my VTX1800F. The stock tree hung off the fender in a sport bike style and had the rear turns, tag w/light and tail/brake light. Once I removed the assembly I made my own bracket to hold the LED and made the necessary measurements. After it was all said and done I realized that I only needed half of the 1ft kit but oh well. This product is awesome. I only gave it a 5 star rating because the menu won't go to 10 <wink> Everyone at C.D. was polite and helpful to work with. When I ordered mine it was on backorder and while I did not find this out until after I ordered, I was still given daily/weekly updates as to when to expect it. C.D. makes this kit ready to bolt up for the 1800 C model but the rear fender on the 1800 F has a different curve to it so I don't think it'll match up. As for the brightness of the LED's, while in the "run" mode I'd give it an 8 out of 10. When I hit the brake the intensity probably doubles and if you stare at it longer than 2 seconds...you'll see stars!!!
